Starting Point 2015 (part 2)

November -December 2015, residency at The Danish Institute at Athens, Athens , Greece: sceond part of "Starting Point 2015" was researched for- and carried out at the British Institute at Athens, Athens, Greece.
Part one of the piece "Starting Point 2015" focused on the "voice" and the "gaze" from outside by people visiting Athens. The second part was meant to be concerned with the voice from "within", focusing on the many protests and demonstrations taking place in the city at the time.
In the first part of the work, the collage series is projected onto a screen, that has a cut out cardboard circle attached to it.The projection refers to this circular object.
In the second part, however, the projected series of collages is set to move into the surrounding space, and thereby making the relationship between author and receiver, the persons speaking and listening, ambiguous.
