The video is rotoscoped manually frame by frame. The video was projected to the window pane of the gallery in the evening, and became this way part of the street.
The video shows groups of people, that alternate between moods of being strongly exhilarated and absorbed by watching something, that is happening outside the frame. And moods of boredom, restlessly looking around, eventually moving on, and allowing for the spontaneously formed group to dissolve, and leave space for new ones to form, when new groups are curious and something seems to catch the attention.
